Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand plan for a Migraine asset, with a focus on finalizing optimal Positioning, Messaging, and Implementation for release at the National Sales Meeting in March 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and optimize the Strategic Marketing/Brand plan
- Drive execution of the Tactical plan while ensuring consistency with brand strategy
- Lead HCP-facing marketing efforts, including personal promotion, non-personal promotion, and omnichannel promotion
- Partner with Medical, Sales, and Market Access teams to align plans and develop key deliverables
- Manage partner agency relationships and workflow
- Define metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs
- Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
- 5-10 years of relevant Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience in Product Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Goal and results-driven
- Strong process facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Clear, articulate, and grammatically sound speech and professional manner
- Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service

- Ability to work with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency at an advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
