About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand plan for a Migraine asset, with a focus on finalizing optimal Positioning, Messaging, and Implementation for release at the National Sales Meeting in March 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and optimize the Strategic Marketing/Brand plan
  • Drive execution of the Tactical plan while ensuring consistency with brand strategy
  • Lead HCP-facing marketing efforts, including personal promotion, non-personal promotion, and omnichannel promotion
  • Partner with Medical, Sales, and Market Access teams to align plans and develop key deliverables
  • Manage partner agency relationships and workflow
  • Define metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs
  • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
  • 5-10 years of relevant Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience in Product Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
