We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our Salesforce team. As a Salesforce Developer II, you will be responsible for developing solutions on the Salesforce platform with a declarative first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new CRM functionality and business processes as necessary
  • Support the business with ongoing issue resolution and training needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality and integrations to external systems
  • Experience with Salesforce's suite of products across all SDLC phases
  • Expertise in Salesforce core programming languages (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Rest APIs)
  • Experience with Security Model in Salesforce
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS data models, design considerations, and connected web services
  • Experience with Data Migration in Salesforce
  • Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Service, Ecommerce, Marketing Automation, or Dealer Management Systems
  • 2+ years of technical experience with Salesforce development and architecture
