Lead Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in the financial planning and analysis process. This position involves a variety of essential duties and responsibilities, including:
- Consistent Attendance: Regular and reliable attendance is crucial.
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and employ financial models for effective budgeting and forecasting.
- Cash Flow Analysis: Prepare discounted cash flow analyses for capital expenditure projects, utilizing key performance indicators such as return on investment and payback period.
- Financial Statement Review: Understand and review the three primary financial statements: Cash Flow, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet to pinpoint key financial focus areas.
- Monthly Close Support: Assist in the monthly close process by providing actual versus budget reconciliation analysis to aid financial managers in comprehending their financial standings.
- Analytical Reporting: Prepare the monthly Financial Results Analytical Pack, a KPI-driven report designed to highlight critical areas for management teams.
- Strategic Presentations: Develop analytical presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical concepts.

A Bachelor's Degree in Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Accounting, or Finance is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in corporate financial analysis or statistical analysis.
Language and Math SkillsCandidates should be able to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and professional journals. Additionally, proficiency in mathematical calculations, including discounts, interest, and percentages, is essential.
Computer SkillsExperience with advanced Excel features is mandatory, along with familiarity with various information systems and data transformation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and financial planning software is preferred.
