The Executive Director of Student Supports and Services will oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that support the academic and social-emotional needs of students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in leadership positions within a school system or educational organization. They will be responsible for overseeing the Wrap Around services department, including the management of Wrap Around Specialists on campuses, to ensure that all students have their basic needs met.

The Executive Director will also be responsible for supporting Health and Medical services on campuses, providing guidance for high-quality Counseling programs, and supporting Crisis Management across the district. This role will promote a streamlined approach to ensuring that the non-academic and social-emotional needs of students are being met to maximize academic student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for student supports and services
  • Oversee the Wrap Around services department and management of Wrap Around Specialists
  • Support Health and Medical services on campuses
  • Provide guidance for high-quality Counseling programs
  • Support Crisis Management across the district
  • Collaborate with district leaders to ensure alignment with district goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions within a school system or educational organization
