As a Customer Service Representative for Horizon Dynamics, you will be the partner of our clients when it comes to connecting to and utilizing energy resources.
- You will create quotes for energy connections for our regional clients and be available to answer any questions they may have.
- You will prepare for and ensure the smooth implementation of network construction measures.
- You will provide technical advice and support to our clients via phone and in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through your expertise and friendliness.
- You will be responsible for the installation and management of energy meters for our clients' energy consumption or production.
