Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to support adults with serious mental illness in a residential setting. As a Residential Associate, you will be part of a direct care team, providing life skills development, therapeutic interventions, and personal care services.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in developing life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the direct care team to ensure client well-being and safety
Requirements:
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- 1 out of 3 criteria: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, 3 years of behavioral health experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
- 5% Language Differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
