Job Title: ACCS Assistant Team Leader

Eliot's Behavioral Health Division is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to help oversee the multidisciplinary ACCS team. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Team Leader to ensure that recovery services, vocational services, and clinical supports are included in the treatment plan developed for each individual served.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with overseeing all administrative and clinical functions of the team and oversight of services for all individuals served.
  • Monitor overall service delivery and utilization of supports for up to 125 individuals.
  • Assist in the oversight and participate in the development of Treatment Plans (TP) for the team and individuals served.
  • Ensure that programs/teams are coordinating and overseeing all case management related services for individuals in programs.
  • Ensure that services are culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-based, focused on rehabilitation, and inclusive of individual preferences.
  • Prepare individuals and teams for transition of vocational services to employment support services, including but not limited to Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.
  • Oversee the completion and direction of clinical assessments related to rehab options and assessments related to risk and crisis management.
  • Provide direct clinical interventions and adapt individual treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating basis.
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Compensation:

Starting at $85,000 annual salary
