Assistant Team Leader Opportunity at Eliot's Behavioral Health Division

Eliot's Behavioral Health Division is a leading provider of innovative clinical services, renowned for its high-quality training and talented team members. We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary ACCS team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing administrative and clinical functions of the team, ensuring seamless service delivery and utilization of supports for up to 125 individuals.
  • Participate in the development of Treatment Plans (TP) for the team and individuals served, ensuring culturally competent, strengths-based, and recovery-focused care.
  • Coordinate case management services, including income management, insurance, and entitlements, as well as scheduling and coordination of medical and psychiatric appointments.
  • Ensure services are inclusive of individual preferences, centered on their needs, and delivered in a manner consistent with their values.
  • Prepare individuals and teams for transition to employment support services, including Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.
  • Oversee clinical assessments, risk management, and crisis intervention, ensuring timely completion and direction of assessments.
  • Provide direct clinical interventions and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  • Offer on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating basis.
Requirements:
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm schedule
  • Starting annual salary of $85,000
