About Specialty SalesA team of specialized consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are at and deliver for them through strong operations, incredible guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
Role of a Specialty Sales Team LeaderThe Specialty Sales Team Leader plays a critical role in driving sales growth, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest engagement
- Managing inventory, visual merchandising, and sales floor operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
- Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
