Job Title: Family Partner ACCS

Eliot's Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program is seeking a Family Partner to join our team. As a Family Partner, you will work closely with families and youth to provide support and advocacy in navigating the mental health system.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home and community support to youth and families during behavioral health emergencies, focusing on assisting parents and caregivers.
  • Work with the ACCS team and families to provide in-person and telephonic support, referrals, and linkage to other services.
  • Offer support, modeling, and skill development to parents, caregivers, and family members.
  • Act as a liaison and advocate between families and the mental health or educational system.
  • Ensure that all services provided are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
  • Assist families in developing advocacy skills and participating in meetings in schools and communities.
  • Support families in developing strengths-based treatment plans and safety plans, including crisis intervention techniques.
  • Work with families and the ACCS to identify and apply for needed local, state, and federal resources.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
