About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Banquet Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Banquet Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and presentation of food and beverages for banquets and events. Your expertise will ensure that every detail is perfect, from menu planning to food presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Kitchen's cold food production area to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Assist in the planning and development of menus for the hotel, ensuring the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration.
  • Check and coordinate details of each banquet function according to banquet event order.
Requirements
  • Two to three years' experience in luxury hotel kitchen, supervisor, or assistant manager position.
  • Food Handlers Certifications required.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Banquet Chef to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
