  • Contribute to maximizing departmental profit through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze quality levels of production, presentation, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching, counseling, and training to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Participate in the development of business strategies for the kitchen, driving growth and innovation.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and adjusting work areas/schedules as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations and interdepartmental working relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • College degree or equivalent degree from a recognized culinary institute preferred.
  • Previous hospitality experience required.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to lift frequently loads up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Constant walking throughout shift.
  • Must be able to talk, hear, and taste.
