About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Merchandising Systems Specialist to enhance their Men's Lifestyle Apparel division, a vital sector managing a substantial portfolio. This position plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives while ensuring the smooth operation of critical tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extensive support to the Men's Lifestyle Apparel team, concentrating on tool and system management, particularly MMX, to boost operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Lead Merchant to fulfill all deliverables, aiding both daily operations and long-term strategic goals.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of MMX and other essential systems, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and sustain tools and presentations that enable informed business strategies and operational success.
  • Collaborate directly with 1-2 core team members while integrating with an extended team of 6 professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and updating business systems, with a preference for expertise in MMX.
  • Proficient in tool development, data management, and crafting impactful presentations.
  • Capable of working independently, adapting swiftly, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the apparel industry or a related field is beneficial, though not mandatory.
