Our Role:
We are seeking a Merchandising Systems Specialist to bolster our Men's Lifestyle Apparel division, a vital sector overseeing a multi-billion dollar portfolio. This position is essential for advancing long-term strategic goals while ensuring the smooth functioning of critical tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver extensive support to the Men's Lifestyle Apparel team, concentrating on the management of tools and systems, especially MMX, to improve operational effectiveness.
- Work in close collaboration with the Lead Merchant to fulfill all deliverables, aiding both daily functions and strategic initiatives.
- Guarantee that MMX and other pivotal systems are consistently updated and precise, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Create and sustain tools and presentations that enable informed business strategies and operational achievements.
- Engage directly with 1-2 core team members while also collaborating with an extended team of 6 professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and updating business systems, with a preference for expertise in MMX.
- Proficient in tool development, data management, and crafting impactful presentations.
- Capable of working autonomously, adapting swiftly, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the apparel sector or a related field is beneficial, though not mandatory.
