Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer access to justice programs throughout the Montana court system.
* Provide direct supervision of access to justice program officers.
* Serve as the primary liaison with justice partners, including attorney and legal aid organizations, and the Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission.
* Exercise initiative and independent judgment in the management, coordination, administration, oversight, and evaluation of access to justice functions and activities in accordance with established statutes, court rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
* Advanced professional work experience in access to justice programs or a related field.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
* Work is performed independently under the direction of the State Court Administrator.
* The employee is expected to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* The employee may be required to travel to various locations throughout the state.
