Job Title: Staff Development Coordinator

The Springs Living is seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Development Coordinator to join our team. As a critical team member, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for our brand-new community.

Job Summary:

The Staff Development Coordinator will drive the recruitment process for all departments, determining hiring needs, assisting with screening and interviewing, onboarding, and managing applicants in our ATS. You will also be responsible for teaching new employee orientation, hosting hiring events and info sessions, and following up with new hires to ensure pre-service training is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee engagement events to promote our Team Springs culture
  • Promote, lead, and deliver employee development classes and collaborate individually with staff and their managers to help create growth and succession plans
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Comfortable with public speaking, giving presentations, and teaching
  • Approachable and have a coach/mentor approach with the goal of helping employees problem-solve
  • Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments and be flexible in meeting business needs
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form
  • Proficient PC skills including email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
