At Banfield Pet Hospitals, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring efficient communication with associates and clients.
- Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and coordinating the care of clients and pets in a welcoming and efficient manner.
- Provide professional, attentive, and courteous service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to ensure the highest level of care for our clients and their pets.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of related experience, with customer service experience preferred.
- Medical background with medical terminology training is a plus.
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
