Job Title: Global Technical Training Director

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Technical Training Director to lead our technical training strategy and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technical training strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global technical training strategy that supports the company's objectives and enhances employee performance.
  • Design and oversee the creation of technical training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of technical trainers and instructional designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the technical training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Implement metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training technologies.
What We Offer:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, the education field, or a related field.
  • A master's degree in engineering is preferred.
