Job Title: Regional Quality Manager

Fugro is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to develop and lead our quality assurance, compliance, and improvement efforts across the Americas. Reporting directly to the Director of Operational Excellence-Americas, this pivotal role is designed to elevate our quality management systems and ensure alignment with global standards, recognized quality standards, and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the regional quality management system (QMS) in alignment with ISO certification and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure the QMS is integrated seamlessly into the region's operational processes, supporting business unit leaders to meet their specific goals while maintaining global standards.
  • Collaborate on and execute a regional quality strategy that supports Fugro's vision of operational excellence.
  • Maintain awareness of changes or advancements in quality throughout industry and certification bodies.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • American Society of Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor certification.
  • Recognized ASQ Lead Auditing credential (i.e., ISO 9001, API Q1, Q2...etc.).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • 10 years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in Quality management.
