Position Overview:
As a key member of the Luna team, the Physician Relations Manager (PRM) plays a vital role in transforming the delivery of physical therapy services. Our organization, established in 2018, has quickly become a leader in mobile, on-demand physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare providers about Luna's innovative services and facilitate patient referrals for physical therapy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals through consistent and targeted outreach efforts.
- Manage and oversee 3-5 emerging markets, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with partners.
- Implement various business development strategies, including cold-calling and email marketing, to expand market presence and enhance awareness among physicians and clinical practices.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized data to track relationships and follow-up communications effectively.
- Proactively engage with potential providers to address challenges and promote Luna's success.
- Analyze regional performance data and develop innovative strategies to boost patient volume.
- Achieve or surpass monthly productivity and performance goals.
- Provide support to Senior PRMs by assisting with referral verification and patient updates.

Qualifications:
- Typically requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Familiarity with email marketing campaigns and other promotional methods.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and a commitment to Luna's market position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in G-Suite; experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $18 - $23, with an uncapped annual bonus target of $12,000 based on performance.
