Join our dynamic team as a Senior Executive Support Specialist within the PYA Tax Division. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver administrative assistance to the PYA Tax Division
- Facilitate executive support, including managing calendars, organizing client meetings (in-person, via phone, and video), and coordinating travel arrangements
- Uphold confidentiality while ensuring executives remain organized and focused
- Prepare and refine various client deliverables such as reports, project outlines, and proposal letters, conducting research as necessary
- Engage with clients to obtain further information or documentation
- Record time, expenses, and other reporting using Salesforce
- Assist with general office tasks and provide backup support to fellow Administrative Assistants as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services environment preferred
- Experience in tax-related functions is advantageous
- Detail-oriented individual capable of exercising initiative, sound judgment, and ownership in support tasks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to compose and edit documents and communications effectively
- Exemplary professionalism characterized by a positive demeanor and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate tact, courtesy, and discretion in interactions at all levels, both internally and externally
POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-time position
- Standard office hours are Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required
