Senior Digital Banking Specialist

At First Horizon Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Banking Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Digital Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience with our digital banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with digital banking products and services, including online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital banking products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in bank product service/operations
- 1-2 years of experience with Help Desk or equivalent technical support role
- Experience with online banking products and mobile devices
