About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Cybersecurity team at OpenText. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the cybersecurity market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target assigned accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the cybersecurity industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineers and Product Leaders, to provide specialist expertise and drive sales initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive growth
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to secure new business and expand existing relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of achieving consistent, over-quota sales performance
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
