Role Summary:
The successful candidate will utilize their retail expertise to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.

Client & Service Expert:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Establish personal connections with clients through effective selling techniques.

Leadership Presence:
- Achieve personal sales objectives.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to foster a strong selling culture.
- Assist in organizing in-store events to drive business.

Building Brand Equity:
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Relay client feedback to management to enhance service and sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record in contributing to a high-performing sales culture.
- A refined sense of personal style.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with climbing ladders.
