About the Service Coordinator Role

At Global Channel Management, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and experience working with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service appointments and inspections, resolve customer issues, dispatch, bill review, and contract paperwork.
  • Support warehouse and/or other office functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a sales or service industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use discretion and problem-solving skills.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
