About the Service Coordinator Role
At Global Channel Management, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and experience working with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and inspections, resolve customer issues, dispatch, bill review, and contract paperwork.
- Support warehouse and/or other office functions as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a sales or service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use discretion and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
