About the Job

Father Bill's & MainSpring is seeking a skilled Regional Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, with experience in tenancy preservation and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate referrals and determine eligibility for the Tenancy Preservation Program.
  • Assist tenants with court process and mediation services in the Southeast Housing Court Division.
  • Build partnerships with landlords and property managers to promote the Upstream Model.
  • Develop individual service plans for tenants, outlining steps to preserve their tenancy and maintain self-sufficiency.
  • Monitor service plan compliance and provide regular updates to tenants, landlords, and legal representatives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in social services, with a focus on tenancy preservation and community outreach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
