Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events, and develop strategies to pursue and close new deals.
- Commercial Lending: Provide expert guidance on commercial lending practices, including credit underwriting, loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' businesses, including ratio and trend analysis, and provide recommendations for loan approval and structuring.
- Communication and Presentation: Prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations to clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices, loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements; thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices; demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry; advanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations; advanced knowledge of financial analysis, including ratio and trend analysis and projections.
