Job Title: Relationship Manager I - Commercial Banking

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue
  • Conduct credit analysis and make recommendations for loan approvals, structuring, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our clients receive the best possible service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
