Commercial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a portfolio of commercial clients and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and asset quality.
- Work closely with management and underwriters to analyze credit strengths and weaknesses, make loan decision recommendations, and structure loans to protect the bank's interests.
- Provide financial advisory services to clients, educating them on financial strategies and matching their needs with appropriate products and services.
- Monitor client information and market trends to identify new customer needs and opportunities to deliver further customer value.
- Collaborate with the deal team to ensure accurate reflection of financials and to ensure accurate preparation of Loss Given Default, Probability of default, and Risk Adjusted Return on Capital models.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college) degree
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
