Commercial Loan Administrator II

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of a full-time Commercial Loan Administrator II at our Fort Worth, TX location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate loan information and documentation with commercial bankers and portfolio managers.
  • Research and problem-solve to complete loan requests and closings of both simple and complex commercial loans.
  • Support multiple commercial bankers responsible for handling a high volume of moderate to complex loans and/or relationships.
  • Complete pre-close items for commercial loan requests, including gathering good standing certificates, entity documents, and beneficial ownership information.
  • Order loan documents in accordance with loan approval requirements.
  • Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and provide complete documentation at the time of closing.
  • Verify the disbursement of loan funds for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in processing loan payments, advances, and other related items.
  • Work with bankers for post-loan closing items, including maintenance of covenant ticklers and collateral tracking.
  • Ensure loans are booked correctly in our core system and loan documentation is saved in our credit filing system.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of commercial loan documentation or commercial loan support experience in a banking environment.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work productively and effectively without direct supervision.
  • Ability to manage and multi-task in a high-volume workflow with multiple priorities, interruptions, and possible short-term deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with third-party vendors, co-workers, and customers.
