Position Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who possesses exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities to become a vital part of our US Field Service team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.
To excel in this role, the Human Resources Coordinator should exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, alongside a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and payroll processes. Top candidates will excel in conflict resolution, scheduling, and thorough recruitment practices.
This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring 25-50% on-site presence at TPI's facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HR processing tasks within the HR information system, ensuring the maintenance of all associate records and files.
- Facilitate the recruitment and hiring processes by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and aiding in the selection of candidates for open positions.
- Draft offer letters and manage pre-employment processes.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, and maintain I-9 records.
- Ensure accurate recording, maintenance, and reporting of human resource information while upholding confidentiality.
- Support new hire orientation, including provisioning and assisting with necessary supplies.
- Address associate inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of associate engagement initiatives.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct miscellaneous research, prepare reports, and draft memos as needed.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field, coupled with two years of human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- HRCI or SHRM certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
This role is based at our U.S. Field Services offices.
