As a Personal Banker, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, focusing on fulfilling the financial needs of our diverse community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately process a variety of customer transactions, including checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, cashier's checks, and cash advances.
  • Maintain and balance the cash drawer, night deposits, and ATM services, while also serving as a backup for vault-related and other operational tasks.

Requirements:

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or General Banking Diploma is preferred. Training in customer service, effective communication, and relationship building is essential.

Skills: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively across various channels, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have solid problem-solving abilities. A sound knowledge of branch transactional tasks and operations, as well as familiarity with the Bank's products and services, is necessary. Proficiency in various technologies and software is also required.

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related role is typically required.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this position include regular sitting, standing, talking, hearing, walking, and using hands and fingers. Employees may need to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Regular use of a computer is required.
