Job Summary:

The Telecommunications Cost Analyst engages with clients, internal teams, and contractors to develop a telecommunications scope of work and financial estimate. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and interpreting client requests.
  • Collaborating with clients to clarify the scope of work.
  • Conducting site visits to analyze the environment.
  • Providing design specifications to relevant departments or external vendors as necessary.
  • Formulating a comprehensive cost proposal that encompasses labor, materials, and related expenses.
  • Ensuring that the proposed scope of work adheres to institutional standards and complies with all relevant codes.
  • Reviewing proposals from other departments and external vendors for thoroughness and compliance.
  • Drafting detailed and precise scopes of work.
  • Creating necessary design drawings for estimates.
