Job Description

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at RemX. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses, creating forecasts and budgets, and generating reports to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to understand key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to manage expenses and achieve forecasted targets.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communication: Develop and present clear, concise reports to various levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Experience: 3 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
