Join Our Team Raise is seeking to expand its workforce by adding a dedicated IT Project Manager. Below is an overview of the role and its responsibilities.

Compensation: $55-60/hour on W2.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite.

Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM.

Contract Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension).

Role Summary:

  • Oversee medium-to-high complexity projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company delivery standards, including project initiation, sprint cycles, release, and deployment strategies.
  • Manage compliance and regulatory requirements associated with technology deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals that align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate shared IT services necessary for project success.
  • Facilitate collaboration with external technical teams to support project dependencies.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical tasks under supervision, including organizing materials, verifying data, and maintaining records.
  • Clerical tasks may involve various functions such as Accounting, Filing, Inventory, and Word Processing.
  • Oversee technology management for the organization.
  • Conduct audits and manage technology risk in compliance with regulations.
  • Focus on regulatory demands and proactive recommendations.
  • Manage project milestones, plans, and meeting documentation to ensure timely and quality delivery while motivating the team.
  • Emphasize risk and regulatory aspects rather than software delivery.
  • Lead smaller projects end-to-end and provide executive-level insights for larger initiatives.
  • Establish project structures, status reports, and plans for both small and large projects.
  • May require specialized knowledge to support projects across different business functions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in financial services and familiarity with key project delivery disciplines such as software development or business analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management roles.
  • Experience in banking or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of IT Risk, IAM, Database, and Asset Management.
  • Understanding of Authentication Life Cycle.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner; experience with regulatory remediation activities.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication and project delivery capabilities.
