Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction of projects from initiation to closure. Your role will involve extensive communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing project communications, schedules, and deliverables across departments.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and satisfaction.
  • Providing leadership and ownership of projects, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Coordinating activities for the successful completion of projects, including stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation.
  • Documenting and addressing any site issues, keeping all parties informed of potential challenges and solutions.
  • Facilitating design reviews and coordinating project documentation among stakeholders.
  • Overseeing training and project turnover to clients and internal teams.

Physical Requirements:

The role may involve exposure to construction environments, requiring adherence to safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment. The position may necessitate physical activity, including climbing, lifting, and mobility around job sites.

Travel Requirements:

This position will require frequent travel to client sites, with a valid driver's license necessary for local travel.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • Preferred: Experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications in security project management.

Education:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. PMP certification is preferred.
