Position Overview:
This role is open to candidates who are residents of Wisconsin or those willing to relocate prior to commencing employment at their own expense. The position offers a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote within Wisconsin, with a requirement for occasional onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring quality and adherence to scope, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and promoting collaboration.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive project plans, monitoring vendor performance and milestone achievements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing all aspects within the allocated budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the portfolio owner and business representatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying training needs and coordinating with the transition manager.
  • Report on transition management activities, deliverables, and overall project status.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology implementation projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing Agile project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in vendor management.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both business and technology teams.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
