Key Responsibilities

· Oversee large-scale cross-departmental projects within budgetary constraints and designated timelines through direct oversight or by managing on-site and remote project leaders.

· Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing various project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Projects may be executed using agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and MS Project is essential.

· Mentor scrum masters, project leads, and project managers across teams to cultivate and enhance their capabilities, fostering highly efficient self-organizing teams that deliver innovative solutions with the utmost quality.

· Facilitate the development and support of independent, self-sufficient teams to ensure scalable project delivery.

· Collaborate with business units to prioritize initiatives, effectively communicate project timelines and progress, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.

· Identify and manage interdependencies between projects and departments, working to eliminate them when feasible and effectively addressing them when necessary.

· Recognize and mitigate constraints within teams.

· Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder project success and the success of team members.

· Create comprehensive project/program plans that span multiple agile teams, IT divisions, and business units.

· Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and critical deadlines.

· Regularly update executives on the plans and progress of significant initiatives.

· Act as Product Owner for smaller projects/services/capabilities, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and developing roadmaps accordingly.

· Ensure effective collaboration with various vendors to facilitate coordination.
