Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home and clinic-based support to children with developmental challenges
  • Execute Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
  • Gather and evaluate data utilizing effective methodologies
  • Engage in family and interdisciplinary team discussions as necessary
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional training
  • Document incidents and relay information to the supervisory team

Qualifications:

  • At least an Associate's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related discipline
  • Exhibit self-direction, accountability, and autonomy
  • Capable of working with diverse families from various socio-economic backgrounds
  • Maintain professionalism and poise in difficult situations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adhere to instructions
  • Physical ability to perform various tasks and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Have reliable transportation and current liability insurance
