- Provide in-home and clinic-based support to children with developmental challenges
- Execute Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
- Gather and evaluate data utilizing effective methodologies
- Engage in family and interdisciplinary team discussions as necessary
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional training
- Document incidents and relay information to the supervisory team
Qualifications:
- At least an Associate's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related discipline
- Exhibit self-direction, accountability, and autonomy
- Capable of working with diverse families from various socio-economic backgrounds
- Maintain professionalism and poise in difficult situations
- Strong communication skills and ability to adhere to instructions
- Physical ability to perform various tasks and lift up to 40 pounds
- Have reliable transportation and current liability insurance
