Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Soliant.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing positive behavior interventions for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents to implement behavior plans
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior principles and strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
