Job Summary

Pilot Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Payment Processing Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and operating cash registers with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and clean service to guests
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
  • Operate cash registers and manage sales transactions with precision
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive experience for all customers

Requirements

  • Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Ability to complete accurate sales transactions and manage cash handling
  • Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
  • Ability to maintain company processes and policies
  • Ability to use computers and other equipment as needed
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
