Position Overview:
This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their concerns with professionalism.
  • Input proprietary data accurately into the database.
  • Demonstrate independent troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to resolve issues, while escalating matters to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Create support tickets and direct them to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues while upholding professional standards.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong telephone communication skills are advantageous.
