Market Development Representative

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and service existing ones by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential referral sources or customers.
- Educate patients and physician referral sources about the products and services offered by Soleo Health.
- Maintain frequent value-added contact (via telephone and in person) with existing and new customers to introduce Company services, evaluate customer needs and encourage patient loyalty.
The successful candidate will be responsible for consultative sales, industry networking, and customer service for all Infusion and Specialty therapies offered by the Company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
- Minimum 5 years healthcare experience including 3 years in a sales or customer advocate role.
- Broad knowledge of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, and home infusion sales and customer service experience.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal relationship building skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and ability to learn about healthcare market trends.
