Job DescriptionAs an Account Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships through proactive marketing and follow-up
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability and eligibility
- Promoting successful and long-lasting client relations
