Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Management Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage funding programs to enhance productivity and transform business processes.
  2. Conduct assessments of projects with innovative and technological components.
  3. Implement project vetting, budget allocation, and development processes.
  4. Analyze project data and stakeholder feedback to identify and implement performance improvement measures.
  5. Assist in digitizing project processes and implement measures to enhance project effectiveness.
  6. Compile project statistics, prepare reports, and meeting materials.
  7. Participate in consulting or training tasks to support project development.

Requirements

  1. Holder of a University Degree.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in administration and project management, preferably in the technology sector.
  3. Experience in procurement or ERP/CRM/POS projects is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical, writing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  5. Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, meticulous, and result-oriented.
  6. Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
