Lead Our Team to Success

Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team to service existing clients, develop new business opportunities, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.

Nuckolls offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and opportunities for advancement.
