Susan Crandall is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and drive business growth. With 120 years of industry experience, we are a leader in our field and are looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process and develop relationships with existing clients, while also leading a small team to achieve similar results. As you master our systems and process, you will become an expert in training and developing your team members, and will be well-positioned for advancement to the Agency Director role.

This is a paid weekly position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and grow our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and lead a team to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and process.
  • Provide daily reporting and insights using our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
