About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to play a critical role in driving the growth of our Commercial Business Unit at Otter Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Own Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new route-to-market partners, including key decision makers and support teams.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive incremental revenue and increase overall penetration of Otter Products into existing and new corporate accounts.
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute sales plays to accelerate the deployment of commercial solutions, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
    • Monitor sales performance and revenue targets, setting actionable goals to close revenue gaps and drive business expansion.
  • OEM Engagement and Sales Enablement
    • Analyze sales results and trends to identify opportunities within strategic route-to-market partners, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
    • Work closely with partner sales teams to provide sales support, including sell-in assets for various verticals, and drive engagement through route-to-market learning management systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in consultative selling of solutions, channel relationship building, and capturing partner mindshare.
  • Experience executing go-to-market strategies across all corporate buyer bases in a creative and thoughtful manner.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage sales opportunities preferred.
