Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient access to our services. Your primary focus will be on registering patients, scheduling appointments, and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients and obtain necessary demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Handle financial transactions, including billing and collections
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements
