Job Overview

ONEPOWER Consulting LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive human resources strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient human resources strategies to enhance recruitment, growth, staff retention, compensation, and retirement planning.
  • Integrate HR technology and digital platforms to analyze employee information, evaluate performance, and optimize human resources management procedures.
  • Improve employee experience through flexible work setups, career advancement schemes, and enhanced welfare benefits.
  • Lead the HR team and cross-functional departments, showcasing leadership in advancing human resources strategies.
  • Guarantee adherence to labor laws and regulations, ensuring the legality of HR policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of legal matters and compliance.
  • Experience in change and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ten years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Five years of top Management Experience.
